What's Happening in the Kitchen...
"I've always loved to travel and explore new cultures and cuisines. That's one reason I joined the Air Force. Now, as a chef, I travel to different world's via my kitchen...through exploring new recipes, techniques and ingredients, and combining various new flavors. I'm always striving to learn and grow and I've always loved sharing what I've learned with others. I enjoy helping people experience new cuisines and develop confidence in their own abilities via teaching culinary skills that last a lifetime."
